Shipping Policy

At Martin Jewelry, every order is handled with care. Engagement rings are generally sent first to a Martin Jewelry representative for inspection to confirm they match your order before being shipped to you. Direct shipping from our manufacturing partner may also be arranged.

Order Turnaround

Please allow approximately:

2–3 weeks for orders placed through our online Ring Builder.

3–4 weeks for custom designs created with a Martin Jewelry agent.

These estimates cover preparation and inspection before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional. We will contact you if your order experiences a significant delay.

Free Shipping & Express Options

Complimentary standard shipping is included with your purchase. Express shipping is available upon request for an additional cost. Express shipping speeds up delivery once your order is ready; it does not shorten production or design time.

Insured Delivery

All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon arrival. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships to you. Please provide an accurate delivery address where someone will be available to sign.

Local Arrangements

Local pickup or personal delivery may be available by appointment through our representatives in Las Vegas, Nevada, Florida, and Nebraska. Please contact us to confirm availability.

Shipping Concerns

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can help resolve the issue. For damaged shipments, retain all packaging and take photographs of the packaging and jewelry.
